Parking Lot Line Striping & Pavement Marking

Clean, correct striping makes a lot safer, fits more cars in the same footprint, and keeps your property on the right side of code enforcement.

How We Approach Line Striping & Marking

We restripe existing layouts and design new ones, balancing stall count against drive-aisle width, snow storage, and truck turning paths. Layouts are chalked and reviewed with you before any paint goes down, so there are no surprises when the lot reopens.

All markings go down in high-durability traffic paint, with thermoplastic available for high-traffic entrances and crosswalks. That covers stalls, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, fire lanes, loading zones, numbering, and curb painting.

ADA compliance is not optional and it is the item we most often find wrong on older lots. We lay out accessible stalls and access aisles at the correct count, width, and slope, install compliant signage, and place van-accessible spaces on the shortest route to your entrance.
